When asked, I offer my own experience with using hemlock for raised beds.

Raised beds will dry out quicker than conventional garden beds so I ran drip hose throughout.

These are 2x10x8’ hemlock planks. I have many customers that prefer 1” boards and use bracing.

I used 1x4x8’ hemlock boards to frame out the trellis for the pole beans.
